Set in the beautiful Richardson Auditorium at Alexander Hall, Joe Cermatori directed a starkly stylized vision of Shakespeare's violent tragedy. The entire play was done in half-mask, forcing the actors to create the roles with their voices and bodies. PQ played the role of Lucius.
The production borrowed heavily from the work of Tadashi Suzuki to achieve the larger than life performance aesthetic used throughout the play. PQ worked with Tom Nelis of city company to train in the use of these techniques.
